| 摘 要： | 艺术教育在当代学生素质教育中占有重要地位,随着时代的发展,艺术教育不仅被赋予了特殊的内涵与外延,同时也可以说艺术教育直接决定了基础教育的成败与专业教育的质量,并与学生个人身心的发展、民族文化精神的重建、社会体制的长久竞争力密切相关。在此大视野下,作为实施艺术教育第一线的艺术教师的素养,就成为了当代艺术教育能否顺利进行与质量能否不断提高的重要保障。

| Abstract: | The artistic education occupies an important position in quality education for contemporary students.Along with the development of times,not only the artistic education is given special connotation and denotation,but also it decides the success or failture of basic education and the quality of professional education.In addition,it is closely related to students' body-and-mind development,their identity reconstruction of national culture, the long-last competitiveness of the social system.Under this situation,the accomplishments of teachers conducting quality education become the guarantee of the successful implementation of contemporay artistic education and its successive quality improvement. |
