| Abstract: | An enterprise＆#39;s quality view of talents reflects the people -oriented spirit and helps students improve their value .When it comes to the evaluation of talent quality standards , working attitude , bearing hardships and standing hard work , sense of responsibility , skills and recognition degree of the industry and so on will be taken into consideration .The talent quality standards of higher vocational colleges must comply with the change of enterprises＆#39;standards so as to cultivate top -quality talents needed by enterprises . |
