| 摘 要： | 葛兰西的文化领导权理论是他的思想核心部分,他提出任何社会集团要想获得和维护政治领导权就必须首先占有文化领导权,而文化领导权的占有是通过社会中的有机知识分子阶层来实现的。必须发挥知识分子的社会水泥的作用,然而,教育培养知识分子,是与思想政治教育密不可分的。

| Abstract: | Gramsci' s cultural theory of leadership is the core of his thinking,he wants access to any social group and maintenance of political leadership must first possession of cultural leadership,and cultural leadership of the possession by the community of organic intellectuals class to achieve.Intellectuals must play the social cement role,however,education and training of intellectuals,is inextricably linked with the ideological and political education. |
