| 摘 要： | 多元化战略在学术界早已耳熟能详，但许多企业在实际运作时却布满荆棘，甚至于因此而遭遇破产厄运。究其原因，实是多元化陷阱在作祟，而学术界至今尚未对其规避方法作任何系统的研究。本文就在对多元化利弊作用分析的基础上，分别对其规避方法作事前、事中、事后三种情形研究。提出事前四大规避原则，事中监督调控体制和事后的“止损”方案。

| Abstract: | The tragedy of pluralism is well known in the sphere of learning. But many enterprises found it is difficult when they were carrying out it, some even suffered from bancrupcy. Analyzing the cause, it is the pluralism traps which influenced it. There are no methods to aboid it in the sphere of studing. Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of pluralism, the article studys the three cases of the methods before, during, and after it. The author shows four principles of avoiding it ahead of the time, the system of supervising and controling during it, and the plan of preventing it afterwards. |
