球面波照射下光栅的衍射特性分析

摘    要:应用傅里叶光学理论,分析了在球面光波照射下光栅经过一个透镜的衍射特性。给出了衍射光场的表达式,指出点光源的像平面即为衍射条纹平面,并给出了光栅方程和缺级方程。当透镜与光栅的距离小于焦距时,光栅衍射相邻两个亮条纹之间的空间间隔大于在相同焦距下在平面波照射下相邻两个亮条纹之间的空间间隔。

Abstract:Based on the Fourier optics theory, the diffraction characteristic of a grating through a lens under spherical lightwave illumination is analysed. The analytical equation of the diffraction of the grating is given. The image plane of the sphere lightwave is just the diffraction fringe plane of the grating. Both the diffracton equation and the missing order equation of the grating are put forward. If the distance between the grating and the lens is shorter than the focal length of the lens, the distance of the adjacent diffraction light fringes is longer than that of the grating under planar lightwave illumination for the same focal length of the lens.
