| 摘 要： | 优先发展教育是国民经济可持续发展的基础。教育的公益性和投资周期长的特点决定我国目前教育资金紧缺的问题必须要进行融投资创新，教育债市优势使得它在教育投入创新中的选择成了必然，教育债市将为教育的长期健康发展起到积极的促进和保障作用。

| Abstract: | Priority to educational development is the basis of the sustained development of national economy. Education is a kind of public welfare and its investment period is long. These characteristics require the innovation of financial investment in order to improve the lack of educational funds. The advantage of educational debt market makes its choice in the innovation of educational investment necessary. And educational debt market will promote and ensure long - term healthy development of education. |
