| 摘 要： | 教师职业工作时间长，任务繁杂，工作压力大，是最容易产生职业倦怠的行业之一。职业倦怠会降低教师的工作热情，危害教师的身心健康，进而影响整个教育事业的健康发展。高职院校教师产生职业倦怠的原因，有社会以及当今离职教育大环境，高职院校内部管理机制，教师自身心理素质等。解决教师职业倦怠，首先需要社会各界改变对高职教育认识上的不足；其次，要改变高职院校的管理机制，为教师创造良好的学习、工作、生活环境；高职院校的教师也要调适好自己的心态。

Causes and Countermeasures of Vocational Languor of Teachers in the Higher Vocational Academy |

| Abstract: | In this paper,the author analyses the causes and countermeasures of vocational languor of teachers in the higher vocational academy.The author thinks that the vocation of teacher is one of vocations which is most easy to bring about vocational languor because of their work time are very long and their tasks are too heavy.Vocational languor will influence the developing of the whole educational undertakings by diminishing the teachers' dashing spirits and making them emaciated.The author thinks that the causes involve the whole circumstances of society and higher vocational education,the administrative system of colleges,and the teacher's constitution of body and wind etc.Therefore,Firstly we need change the understanding of the higher vocational education;Secondly,the administrative system of the higher vocational academy must be changed and supplies the teacher with a favourable working and living environment;At last,the teachers should adjust their own psychology. |
