英国教育实习的特点及现实启示

摘    要:教育实习是教师教育的一个重要环节,是联系理论与实践的纽带,是衡量高师学校教育教学质量的重要标准,也是探索教师教育改革,促进教师专业化发展的有效途径。教育实习的目标、内容、实施形式、管理及考核评估等都直接影响着教师教育的质量。目前,我国的教育实习不断完善,但仍然存在一些问题,英国是世界上教师教育比较发达的国家,探讨和分析英国以中小学为基地的教育实习模式,对我国教育实习的改革和发展具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:Teaching practice is an important part of teacher education. It is the link between theory and practice and it is an important criterion in measuring the quality of education and teaching. At the same time, it is an effective way to explore teacher education reform, impetus professional development for teachers. The goal, content, implementation modalities, management and examination and evaluation of teaching practice, impact the quality of teacher education directly. At present, Chinag teaching practice is constantly perfecting, but there are also some problems. The United Kingdom is one of the world Is most developed countries in teacher education. Discussing and analyzing teaching practice models in England is useful for China~ teaching practice reform and development.
