| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义法治国家是我国的治国方略和长期奋斗目标。依法行政是依法治国的核心。在实行社会主义市场经济和现代化建设的新时期，新的形势和新的任务要求我们必须依法行政，并解决好依法行政过程中存在的主要问题，这样才能积极稳妥地推进建设法治国家的进程。

| Abstract: | Building a socialist country of legal system is the general plan of governing our country and a long-term goal to strive after. Administration according to law is the core of governing the country by operation of law. In the new period of socialist market economy and modern construction, new situation and mission request us to administer according to law, and to solve the key existing problems in the process of the administration. Only by doing so, can we give impetus to the progress of the building of a country of legal system. |
