| 摘 要： | 世界高等教育近几十年来发生了巨大变化。这种变化是在科学技术加速发展和全球化背景下发生的。世界高等教育发展的基本趋势是高等教育的大众化、终身化、信息化、国际化。高等学校改革的基本动向是:学校加强与社会的联系、提倡学生参与学习、拓宽知识面,改革培养模式、开展评价与反馈、建立质量保证体系。世界高等学校发展的基本经验是:开放、产学研合作、建立学术中心。

| Abstract: | There has been a tremendous change in the world higher education in the past decades.Such a change has taken place under the general background of globalization and accelerating development in sciences and technologies.The basic current lies in its publicity,life-long learning,information-orientation,and internationalization.The principal trend is as follows: tightening association of universities with the society,advocating students' self participation,enlarging their knowledge areas,reforming the fostering patterns,advancing assessment and feedback,and setting up quality guarantee systems.And the fundamental experience is: openness,cooperation of industry,learning and research,and establishing academic centers. |
