| 摘 要： | 城市化的实质是农村人口向城市转移的过程。当前我国农村人口素质普遍偏低是限制农村劳动力进城的根本原因。因此,必须大力发展农村教育,提高农村人口的教育水平,以促进城市化快速、健康发展。
