教师惩戒权三问

摘    要:教师惩戒权在惩戒过度的极端下走向另一个极端:惩戒流失。在本文中,笔者针对教师惩戒权这一现象从教育法学的角度提出并思考了三个问题:教师惩戒权源自何方?教师惩戒权为何错用?教师惩戒权去向何方?
