| 摘 要： | 信息包括了知识,系统化了的信息构成了知识。知识与智力有联系,又有区别。智力是对知识的抽象,属于理性认识范畴。作为信息的一个层次,知识是一个独立管理对象。知识管理是从信息管理中孵化出来的,它们具有各自的研究领域。在知识管理基础上,也必将形成智力管理。智力资源管理会产生经济和社会效益。表2。参考文献10。
