| 摘 要： | 随着我国网络交易的快速发展,网络诚信缺失问题日益显现。本文在系统分析我国网络交易卖方诚信缺失现状的基础上,指出问题的根源在于交易双方信息不对称、法律监管存在盲点和信用道德约束失灵等方面,并据此提出网站和经营者实名登记备案制、利用信息技术构建电子监管系统和网络诚信立法监管等治理机制。

| Abstract: | With the rapid growth of online transactions,the problem of e-business dishonesty becomes increasing apparently.Based on the systematic analysis in the status of online transaction dishonesty,this paper pointed out the root of the problem as,firstly the transaction information between the vendor and buyer is asymmetric,secondly there are some blind spots of regulation legal,and finally,the credit constraint is failure in this area.And then it suggests the mechanisms which can improve the vendor's integrity ... |
