| 摘 要： | 在知识经济社会大环境下,企业越来越重视对知识这一资源进行有效的管理。在企业知识创新能力提高的基础上,提升企业核心竞争能力,保持企业的核心竞争优势,从而实现企业生存和发展目标。该文以知识管理理论和耗散结构理论为基础理论,对我国企业知识管理目前存在的一些问题,从耗散结构理论这一全新的视角对其进行分析研究,并在此基础上提供一定的可行性建议和意见。
