| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了泛在知识环境的概念和特点以及泛在知识环境下用户信息需求变化,从外刊资源开发利用现状出发,提出在泛在知识环境下,进行合理的外刊数字资源整合、加强外刊文献资源的深层次开发、与用户共同建设外刊资源的共享空间,使外刊最大限度地走进读者,充分有效地开发利用外刊资源。
