| 摘 要： | 信息时代的到来使得大学园区成为最具时代特色的城市空间形态之一,因此大学园区空间信息及其变化成为社会各界的关注焦点。我国的大学园区是为应对高等教育扩招过程中存在的用地不足问题而发展起来,具有较强的时代背景和目的性。但是随着大学园区同城市之间的空间相互作用日益加强,大学园区的空间信息变化对城市空间的影响也不断增强。本文通过实证研究的方法,分析长春市大学园区空间信息变化过程,以及在此过程中大学园区同城市布局和建设的关系演替。在研究中发现,长春大学园区位转移及其带来的关联效应对促进城市郊区化进程、促进城市产业结构升级、改善城市人居环境、催生新的经济增长点等方面具有较强作用。未来随着大学园区发展的成熟,将会对城市发展产生更大的影响,通过城市总体规划对大学园区的建设进行合理引导也将会增强城市发展的动力。
