| 摘 要： | 竞技健美操不仅仅是一项表现力量和速度的运动，更是一项凸显和表达美的运动。本文通过对竞技健美操各种形式的美进行阐述，分析了竞技健美操视觉和心理等方面对观众的影响，从而对观众形成塑造自我美的意识、培养良好的气质品质、提高个人修养和内涵都有很好的作用，提高生活质量。

| Abstract: | Competitive Aerobics is not just a performance of power and speed, but also a highlight of movement and expression of the beauty. Based on explanation of different kind of beauty of aerobics, this paper analyzes the competitive calisthenics from the visual and psychological aspects of the impact on the audience. The main purpose is to form the shape of self - awareness of the beauty, develop good character quality, increase personal cultivation and connotations and improve the quality of life. |
