| 摘 要： | 以湖北地区的四家高职院校为对象，从人才培养模式的角度对高职院校的通识教育实施情况调查结果表明，当前高职院校普遍存在通识教育人才培养目标与方案的架构不够清晰、人才培养模式不够合理、实施通识教育的保障条件不够充分等问题。高职院校应从更新通识教育理念、建构“通专”结合的人才培养模式、健全教学管理制度、提高师资队伍的水平等方面着手，全面实施通识教育。

| Abstract: | Sample survey on the talent cultivation model of general education from four higher vocational institutes shows that the talent cultivation objective and the plan are not clear,the talent cultivation model is not reasonable ,the assurance measures are not sufficient. The paper holds that higher vocational institutes should renew their concept of general education,establish the talent cultivation model integrating general education with specific one,reform the teaching management system and improve the efficiency of teaching. |
