| 摘 要： | 法律责任制度，是各种法律部门的有机组成部分。而环境保护法的法律责任制度，是整个国家法律责任制度的有机组成部分。行政责任、刑事责任、民事责任作为法律责任中三种主要责任形式，具有着非常重要的意义。以此来警醒人们保护环境从自身做起，防止国家、集体财产和他人财产与人身权利受到侵害。

| Abstract: | Legal liability system,the legal sector is an integral part.And the Environmental Protection Law of the legal liability system,the legal responsibility of the entire country is an integral part of the system.Administrative liability,criminal,civil liability,as in the three main form of liability,also has a very important significance.Here,we only from the Environmental Protection Act administrative responsibility and criminal liability in these two areas to understand the legal responsibility of the Environmental Protection Act,in order to awaken the people of the world,so that the offenders become aware of the importance of environmental,arouse the broad masses of people's awareness of environmental protection,Start their own against the state,the collective property and other property and personal rights had been violated,to protect the common good of our great homeland. |
