| 摘 要： | 《管子·立政》篇提出了所审三本，取信于民；所慎四固，民怀其产；所务五事，国之富也；三月一复，六月一计；审时事，辨功苦的思想，对中国会计文化建设的贡献在于道德素养、事业兴旺、发展经济、因地制宜、审定任务、提高效率、分工合理、职责明确。

| Abstract: | Guan Zi puts forward the concepts in his Establishment of Governance that the government should investigate three-fundamentalities to keep order of the society,treat four-stabilities with utmost care and try to solve five problems to make the country wealthy;all mentioned above should be done every three months,and summarized every six months;the government should care the current situation and admire their contribution and pain of her people. Guan Zi＇s concepts benefit China＇s accounting culture from the following sapeets：morality quality, development of economy,investigating the tasks, improving efficiency,dividing work reasonably and so on. |
