| 摘 要： | 中国古代王朝对边疆地区采用了既互相矛盾又相辅相成的两种治理模式,即"因俗而治"与边疆内地一体化。这两种治理政策始终贯穿中国古代历史发展的全过程,并在边疆治理政策的具体实施过程中起到不同作用。虽然两种治理政策在不同时期所扮演的角色和所处的地位不同,但是基本上没有舍它而独存,而是互为参用,均对中国古代边疆的发展起到了积极作用。

| Abstract: | The Imperial Courts of ancient China adopted two contradictory and complementary models for the administration of the borderland,that is,rule according to the local customs,and integration of the borderland and the interior.The two models ran through the whole process of ancient China and played different roles in different cases.Though they seemed to have different functions in different historical periods,they were complementary and played a positive role in the development of the borderland of China in ancient times. |
