| 摘 要： | 加快北部湾经济区建设不仅需要有足够强大的经济"硬实力",同时也需要强有力的文化"软实力".SWOT分析表明广西在泛北部湾区域经济合作中,自身优势明显,劣势也不容忽视,机遇与挑战同时并存.在现有硬实力还十分有限的条件下,可以采取一些有针对性的措施,有效地提升广西在北部湾经济区建设的"软实力",扬长避短,抓住机遇,在挑战面前立于不败之地.

| Abstract: | Accelerating the development of Guangxi Beibu Rim Gulf economy zone is not only needing for a strong economic hard power,but also requires a strong soft power in culture. The SWOT analysis shows that the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges co-exist in the construction ofGuangxi Beibu Gulf Economy Zone. With the limited conditions of an existing hard power, some specific measures should be taken to effectively enhance the soft power for the regional economic cooperation. |
