凤仙花种子萌发特性的研究

摘    要:通过比较分析凤仙花种子经不同的处理后的萌发率、发芽势、平均萌发时间和萌发指数,发现Prech ill处理、0.2%KNO3处理对种子的萌发有显著影响,对发芽势和萌发指数均有较大的提高:0.2%KNO3和Prech ill同时处理对凤仙花种子萌发影响最大,效果最好;光照处理对种子萌发没有明显的影响。

Abstract:The effects of different treatments on germination characteriscs of I.balsamina L.seeds were studied.The results showed that the treatments of 0.2% KNO3 and Prechill had significant influence on seed germination.The germination energies and germination indexes of seeds treated by those were obviously enhanced.Moreover,the effect of 0.2% KNO3,Prechill treatment on seed germination was the most effective than those of ck.But the treatment of illumination had no obvious effect on seed germination.
