| 摘 要： | 以经济增长为发展目标的传统发展观是以牺牲其他方面的需要为代价换取的发展,这种发展不能满足人的全面发展的需要.如果只关心经济效益,其结果必然导致不可持续发展的状况出现.因此,要做到从今往后的可持续发展,必须以人的自我发展为根本目标,以人的全面发展为宗旨.

| Abstract: | Traditional development view based on the objective of economic increase is one obtained at the cost of sacrificing other needs. It can't satisfy the need of people to develop fully and only can result in the present non-sustained development. The author of this paper thinks, to achieve a sustained development, we must take self-development as our basic objective and overall development our purpose . |
