| 摘 要： | 新一轮基础教育课程改革已受到每位教师前所未有的关注与重视，广大教师已经开始将对新课程理念的理解转化为行动，用新课程的理念打造教学实践和教学行为方式。面对新的体育与健康课程标准，运用系统论的观点研究和探讨了其课程性质的定位、基本理念的确定及学习领域目标等问题，并在教学内容的选择、教学结构的变化、教学方式的转变及教学评价体系等方面提出了个人的建议。

| Abstract: | A new round of curriculum reform for basic education has drawn every teacher's attention more than ever. Quite a few teachers have put their ideas of new curricula into practice and are trying to carry out new teaching methods. The paper, by adopting the systematic theory, explores the new curriculum standard for physical education and health in such aspects as the nature and the basic concepts of the curriculum and its learning target. This paper also sets forth some suggestions about how to choose teaching materials, how to change teaching ways and how to evaluate teaching effects. |
