| 摘 要： | 在分析泛在及泛在学习的概念基础上,阐述了泛在图书馆及其特点,泛在图书馆是未来图书馆存在的重要型态和发展模式。以人为中心、高度智能化、无所不在性是泛在图书馆的重要特征。提出泛在图书馆服务的三个变革:强调人性化的信息服务理念;多种技术方式拓展图书馆服务途径;构建公共图书馆服务体系实现泛在服务模式。
