| Abstract: | This paper proposes areas on which the connotation construction and development of university library should be emphasized.It points out that document resources should be expanded to maximally satisfy readers' demands, talents building be promoted to increase development potential,system structure be perfected to call for scientific management,service quality be improved to build up reputation,and consultancy for innovative information be provided to serve the local development of science and technology. |
