| Abstract: | As a type of infringment of property rights, the Crime Of Breach Trust is fixed in the Criminal Law in many countries. As for our country, some scholars think that the Crime of Breach Trust should be added in the Criminal Law of our country while some scholars do not think so. If we think carefully the defects of the Criminal Law of our country, it is necessary to add the Crime of Breach Trust in the Criminal Law. |
