摘    要:结合太极拳特有的特点,阐述了太极拳良好的健身、益智作用,它不仅对机体的各个器官有良好的调节作用,舒活周身筋络,促进血液循环,增进机体各系统的功能;还具有健脑益智作用,有利于激发脑的思维、记忆等智力功能,促进大学生身心脑的全面发展。

Abstract:This paper discusses the spiritual and physical benefit of Taijiquan in following aspects: Taijiquan can mediate the overall function of body, promote the blood circulation. What' s more, it can motivate the creativity as well as strengthen memory of college students. Therefore, Taijiquan can promote the allround development of students physically and mentally.
