摘    要:目的:通过比较模拟低氧训练组与常氧训练组的白细胞及其亚群细胞指标的变化,探讨模拟低氧训练对白细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:将SD大鼠分成16小组,常氧与低氧各8组。检测5周中强度训练、6周高强度训练大鼠白细胞及其亚群细胞值。结果表明:单纯低氧刺激可以增加白细胞数量。低氧中强度训练对白细胞总数影响不大,这可能与训练强度和时间有关,并不能完全说明其免疫应答特征相同。低氧下进行高强度和极限强度训练都会加大机体被病菌侵入的机会,从而对白细胞免疫功能产生不利影响。

Abstract:Objective :To compare the change of WBC interleukin indicators in hypoxia training and normoxia training group, this paper discusses the effects of simulation hypoxia training on WBC irmnune function. Method : SD rats were divided into 16 groups, normoxia and hypoxia all eight group. The five -weeks of strengthtraining, sixweeks of highintensity training and leukocyte subsets of cells are detected. The results showed that the pure hypoxia stimulation may increase the white blood cell, and this is possibly organism one kind of stress response. In the hypoxia, the intensity training dialogue cell total influence is not big, this possible is related with training intensity and time, cannot explain completely its immunity reply characteristic is same. Under the hypoxia, carrying on high strength and the ultimate strength training can enlarge organism by the germ invasion opportunity, thus the dialogue cellular immunity function has the adverse effect.
