| 摘 要： | 本文以天津市南开区部分中学为视角，运用运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访问法对天津市南开区部分高中生对体育教师角色期望现状进行分析，了解学生期望的体育教师角色类型，以期唤起体育教师和学生的主体意识；激发和调动学生的积极性和创造性；让学生真正成为学习的主人；提高本地区的体育教学质量和提高学生的整体素质。本文对此进行了分析和论述，并提出了相关建议。

| Abstract: | Tiffs paper comprehensively analyzes the high -school students role expectation for gym instructor based on Nankai district of Tianjin. Using literatureanalysis method, questionnaire survey and interview, the author aims to explore the specific role type of gym instructor expected by students, in order to stimulate subject consciousness of students and gym instructors both; drive students＇initiative and creativity; increase studying enthusiasm and finally enhance the overall physical education level as well as students quality of local district. In this paper, the author systematically analyzes and discusses all these issues and raises several suggestions according to the current situation. |
