| 摘 要： | 针对诱发大学生网络成瘾的因素和特征，根据大学生网络成瘾类型及程度，构建家庭体育、学校体育、社区体育三维一体的体育运动模式，开展以学校体育为主、家庭体育和社区体育为辅的体育活动干预大学生网络成瘾，旨在预防网瘾的形成和帮助网络成瘾大学生改善乃至戒除网瘾。

| Abstract: | According to the induced factors of college students＇internet addiction disorder （IAD） and it＇ s characteristics, this paper constructs 3D sports model of the family sports, school sports, and the community sports based on IAD type and degree of college students, sports intervention strategies to prevent the formation of addiction and help those who have become IAD kick the addiction. |
