| 摘 要： | 高职校园文化是一种教育文化,企业文化是一种实践文化,两者之间存在着明显的差异。在高职校园内营造浓厚的企业文化氛围,在文化范畴上实现校企的对接和交融,为校企全方位的对接和交融奠定基础,有助于高职毕业生步入企业后,较快适应企业的管理方式方法,更好地服务于企业,从而提高高职学生的就业竞争力。为此,可以通过加强专业教育与企业实际的对接、搭建校企文化交流合作平台、将企业文化元素融入各类学生活动等措施,来营造高职校园企业文化氛围。
