| 摘 要： | 滇越铁路建成100年来,在被殖民主义者用以掠夺云南人民财富的同时,也推动了滇东南的经济发展。伴随着区域经济一体化的深化,古老的滇越铁路已不能适应经济发展的要求,铁路网、高速公路网的完善,尤其是泛亚铁路的修建,使其运输功能逐渐丧失。应充分利用其资源禀赋优势,沿线发展旅游业,使滇越铁路焕发新的生机。
