唐代河东地区的葡萄饮食文化研究

摘    要:通过唐代河东地区的葡萄及葡萄酒食用的考证,阐明唐代河东地区是当时全国葡萄及葡萄酒的重要产地,具有特别的葡萄酒生产及饮用风俗,体现当时河东地区葡萄及葡萄酒饮食文化多民族融和的特点。

Abstract:Textual research on the grapes and wine consumption in Hedong area during the Tang Dynasty shows Hedong area was an important producer of grapes and wine in China with exceptional custom of producing and consuming wine,reflecting multiracial harmony in terms of grapes and wine culture in Hedong area at that times.
