| 摘 要： | 智能绿色生态建筑是在合理利用现代信息化节能技术的基础上，提高建筑本身利用率的新型建筑。结合绿色生态建筑理论和智能建筑理论归纳总结了智能绿色生态建筑的理念雏形，并提出今后智能绿色生态建筑所面临的问题以及今后所需要研究的内容。

| Abstract: | Intelligentized and green building is a brand-new building whose utilization can be improved with modern and energy-saving techniques.In this paper,we generalize the concept of intelligentized and green building,combining theory of green zoological building and theory of intelligentized building.We also put forward the problems that intelligentized and green building will be confronted with. |
