| Abstract: | Nowadays,along with the use of moral standards in governing the country,the school moral leadership has become a hot topic in the field of educational management.Aiming at this phenomenon,this paper reviews the concept of school moral leadership and main schools and the main points from the perspective of the self-cultivation of the leaders and leadership authority,and to try to find school moral leadership models that adapt to schools cultural development in our country. |
