| 摘 要： | 在普通高校体育教学中,为调动学生学习积极性,达到全面发展身体,增进健康和掌握必要的体育运动基本知识的目的,在完成主要教学任务外,采用学生多项优化选择教学内容,从而扩展体育知识领域,提高学生身体素质,达到显著效果。

| Abstract: | In PE teaching of colleges and universities,it is important to bring the students' study initiative into play,develop the body,promote health and master the necessary sports basic knowledge.Apart from the main teaching task,we should adopt multiple-choice teaching contents to expand sports knowledge,improve the fitness and reach the obvious effects. |
