| 摘 要： | 中小企业在我国的经济建设中起着重要的作用,为我国的经济发展做出了巨大的贡献,然而,中小企业融资难问题也越来越突出,成为制约其发展的首要问题。文章从资本结构理论出发,提出中小企业的融资策略。
