教育良心及其三层内蕴

摘    要:教育良心是在教育实践中,教育者对社会提出的道德要求的自觉意识和情感体认,是在履行教育职责时体现的高度责任感及对自我教育行为的道德调控和道德评价的能力.本文从教育良心的涵义以及它所蕴含的仁爱心、责任心和公正心三层内在价值维度,对教育良心的基本理论做出初步的也是基础性的探讨,以求推动教育本身的道德反省与自律.

Abstract:Educational conscience means that an educationist observes conscientiously in the educational practice and accepts emotionally the moral request which are proposed by the whole society.He will embody the high sense of responsibility,the moral regulation ability and the moral appraisal ability as he practises the educational obligation.This paper expounds three connotations of educational conscience.The foundational discussion may impel the moral introspection and self-discipline for education.
