| 摘 要： | 通过对我国风险投资的主要问题和政府作用的实证分析，表明我国目前尚不具备市场配置风险投资资源的条件。进一步阐述了政府必须在风险投资形成发展中发挥引导和规范的作用，培育以市场为导向的风险投资机制，并提出了解决现存问题的对策。

| Abstract: | Analyzing of the main problem about venture capita in China and studying the policy function,the paper explains there is no market environment for allocating the resources of venture capital now.Therefore,in order to fostering venture capital market mechanism,the government should direct and rule the venture capital.And then,some measures solving the present main problem are proposed. |
