| 摘 要： | 语言实验室是学校外语教学的重要场所．语言教学的面对的是教师、学生和管理人员,他们是实验室的主体,其综合素质高低关系到语言设备使用与管理的优劣、关系到教学水平的提高和仪器设备的使用寿命．树立和实施以人为本的实验室工作理念,是用好管好语言实验室的关键。

| Abstract: | Language laboratory is an important part in foreign langage teaching. Language teaching mainly in volves teachers, stadents and teaching servicemen, who are mainly in charge of labs, and whose comprehensive quality will affect the use and management of the equipment and will affect the improvement of teaching quality and the lasting fanetion of equipments. So the human-based concept of labmangaging is the key to make good use of and take care of the lab. |
