| Abstract: | At the beginning of the paper, the author analyzed the meaning and importance of the Learning Culture Construction of University under the knowledge economy era . Through the investigation and research on the present situation of the Learning Culture Construction, some problems about the Learning Culture Construction were put forward. In the end , the author pointed out the channels and measures to build the Learning Culture Construction of University under the knowledge economy era. |
