| 摘 要： | 全国大学生的体质调研，最终得到的结论都是从大学生群体的角度、历史的角度做出分析，但对于每一个学校、每个学生来说，意义并不是很大。本文通过访谈法、问卷调查法、测试法、结果与分析：专家经过论证，认为体质测试可以作为衡量大学体育教学质量的宏观指标之一；可以分析评价不同选项课之间的身体素质锻炼的差异；现行的体质测试对学校体育工作没有起到直接的作用。试图得出结论：作为师范类院校，应注重研究女生体质变化规律，解决实际问题；体质测试揭示体育选项间的锻炼规律，优化教学内容；改变体质测试工作指导思想，提高大学体育课程的教学质量；体质测试可以作为大学体育课程质量监控指标之一。

| Abstract: | The national student physical investigation finally had the conclusion from the overall and the historical angle.But the meaning is very great.By article interview,questionnaire,test method and the results and analysis,the exports demonstrate that physical tests can be used as a measure of exercise difference.The current physical test does not play a direct role.Through questionnaires we found that students are eager to obtain information feedback,eager to get a guide in sport exercises from physical tests.... |
