| 摘 要： | 高职英语教师的发展一直是外语教育研究领域被忽视的课题;高职英语教师面临专业认同感低、缺失合作文化的构建等发展困境,今后的研究建议从教师的生活史、实证研究和重新定位高职英语教师的专业发展方向上进行探索。

| Abstract: | Vocational college English teacher development has been the topic to be neglected in foreign language education research areas;English teachers face the development dilemma that lack of professional identity and the construction of cooperation culture,we suggest to explore from teachers’ life history,empirical study and repositioning of vocational college English teachers’ professional development direction. |
