| 摘 要： | 公共政策执行是实现公共政策目标的中心环节,在国家管理中占有重要地位。但当下中国,在公共政策执行过程中还存在许多问题,影响了公共政策的有效执行。文章主要分析影响政策有效执行的三个因素,并提出相应的解决对策。
