| 摘 要： | 基于网络教育教学是一种全新的教育理念，本文对网络教育教学的特点、发展趋势及形式做了详细的论述，并与传统教育进行了比较，也对其存在的一些问题做了说明，最后提出了网络教育是新世纪教育发展的必然趋势。
