| 摘 要： | 针对我国高校课外俱乐部发展存在的问题进行探讨，并结合“阳光体育运动”的全面实施提出相应发展对策，对调动学生积极参加体育锻炼，持久开展“阳光体育运动”，促进大学生身心健康发展具有重要意义。
