| 摘 要： | 高师开展创新教育具有深刻的社会背景和重要的意义，高师开展创新教育就是要培养和造就一大批富有创新精神和实践能力的新型师资，为基础教育推行素质教育提供师资保障和根本保证，高师开展创新教育应大力推进教育思想，教学内容，教学方法和手段的改革，建立适应创新教育的评价标准，建设一支创新型的师资队伍，创造有利于培养创新精神的校园氛围。

| Abstract: | The implementation of creative education in normal universities has its profound social background. And it is of great significance in training plenty of new types of teachers with creative spirit and the ability of putting things into practice who are the guarantee of fruitful quality-oriented education in primary and middle schools. It should also intensify the reform of education ideas, teaching content and teaching methods, come up with a criterion of evaluation for creative education, build up a team of new types of teachers and creative an atmosphere for initiative in schools. |
